What is gkrellm-daemon
gkrellmd listens for connections from gkrellm clients. When a gkrellm client connects to a gkrellmd server all builtin monitors collect their data from the server.
We can use yum or dnf to install gkrellm-daemon on AlmaLinux 8. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install gkrellm-daemon.

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

How To Uninstall gkrellm-daemon on AlmaLinux 8
To uninstall only the gkrellm-daemon package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove gkrellm-daemon
