How To Install gfaim on Ubuntu 22.04

What is gfaim
gfaim is:
Gfaim is a small utility written using GTK+ which allows you to find a lot of recipes easily by typing the name of the ingredient you want. Its database contains more then 10 000 recipes. Please note that those recipes are written in French.
This package contains binaries for gfaim
There are three methods to install gfaim
on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install gfaim Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install gfaim
using apt-get
by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install gfaim

After updating apt database, We can install gfaim

Install gfaim Using aptitude

sudo apt-get -y autoremove gfaim
Remove gfaim Configurations and Data

configuration and data from Ubuntu 22.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge gfaim
