How To Install geoip-database-extra on Ubuntu 18.04

What is geoip-database-extra
geoip-database-extra is:
GeoIP is a C library that enables the user to find the country that any IP address or hostname originates from. It uses a file based database.
This database simply contains IP blocks as keys, and countries as values and it should be more complete and accurate than using reverse DNS lookups.
This package contains the free GeoLite City and ASN database.
There are three methods to install geoip-database-extra on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install geoip-database-extra Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
