geoclue-nominatim is:

GeoClue provides applications access to various geographical information sources using a D-Bus API or a C library.

This package provides a geocoding and reverse-geocoding backend for GeoClue. It uses the Nominatim (OpenStreetMap) API.

There are three methods to install geoclue-nominatim on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install geoclue-nominatim Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update
