How To Install genxdr on Debian 11

Package xdr is an XDR marshalling/unmarshalling library. It uses code generation and not reflection.
This package contains the CLI utility to generate go code.
There are three methods to install genxdr on Debian 11. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
