How To Install gcin on Debian 10

In this tutorial we learn how to install gcin on Debian 10.
What is gcin
gcin is:
gcin is a GTK+ based input method which focused mainly on Traditional Chinese. However, it is also very useful for Simplified Chinese, Japanese, and many other languages.
To use gcin, the correspondence immodule packages also need to be installed. They are:
- gcin-gtk2-immodule for GTK2
- gcin-gtk3-immodule for GTK3
- gcin-qt5-immodule for Qt5
There are three methods to install gcin on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install gcin Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install gcin using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install gcin

After updating apt database, We can install gcin using apt by running the following command:
