How To Install galileo on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install galileo on Kali Linux.
What is galileo
galileo is:
Galileo is a Python utility to securely synchronize a Fitbit device with the Fitbit web service. It allows you to browse your data on their website, and compatible applications. The main features of Galileo are: Synchronize your fitbit tracker with the fitbit server using the provided dongle; Securely communicate (using HTTPS) with the fitbit server; Save all your dumps locally for possible later analyse. Galileo supports the following trackers:
- Fitbit One
- Fitbit Zip
- Fitbit Flex
- Fitbit Force
- Fitbit Charge
- Fitbit Charge HR
There are three methods to install galileo on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install galileo Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install galileo using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install galileoInstall galileo Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install galileo using apt by running the following command:

To remove galileo configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
