How To Install ftpwatch on Ubuntu 18.04

This package should be installed as a cron job (for interested users) which every week makes a ftp connection to a list of sites and studies a set of files or directories and report any changes it finds by email.

There are three methods to install ftpwatch on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install ftpwatch Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

After updating apt database, We can install ftpwatch using apt-get by running the following command:
