How To Install ftpwatch on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install ftpwatch on Kali Linux.
What is ftpwatch
ftpwatch is:
This package should be installed as a cron job (for interested users) which every week makes a ftp connection to a list of sites and studies a set of files or directories and report any changes it finds by email.
Every user can have his own set of sites and directories to watch.
There are three methods to install ftpwatch on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install ftpwatch Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install ftpwatch using apt-get by running the following command:

To uninstall only the ftpwatch package we can use the following command:
