How To Install freedom-maker on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install freedom-maker on Kali Linux.
What is freedom-maker
freedom-maker is:
FreedomBox is a personal cloud server which can be installed on single board computers and Debian machines.
Freedom-Maker is a tool to build images for FreedomBox for various supported hardware that can then be copied to SD card, USB stick or Hard Disk drive to boot into FreedomBox.
There are three methods to install freedom-maker on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install freedom-maker Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install freedom-maker using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install freedom-makerInstall freedom-maker Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install freedom-maker using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install freedom-makerInstall freedom-maker Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install freedom-maker using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install freedom-makerHow To Uninstall freedom-maker on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the freedom-maker package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove freedom-makerUninstall freedom-maker And Its Dependencies
To uninstall freedom-maker and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove freedom-makerRemove freedom-maker Configurations and Data
To remove freedom-maker configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge freedom-makerRemove freedom-maker configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove freedom-maker configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
