How To Install filter on Kali Linux
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install filter on Kali Linux.
What is filter
filter is:
filter is one of the original mail filtering programs written for UNIX. (originally a part of the ’elm’ mailer) Install it via a pipe(|) reference in $HOME/.forward, and let it separate your incoming email into different personal mailboxes.
There are three methods to install filter on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install filter Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install filter using apt-get by running the following command:
