How To Install festival-dev on Debian 10

In this tutorial we learn how to install festival-dev on Debian 10.

This package contains the static library and headers that can be used to develop programs that use Festival. Documentation is now contained in the separate festival-doc package.
There are three methods to install festival-dev on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install festival-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install festival-dev using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install festival-dev

After updating apt database, We can install festival-dev using apt by running the following command:

Install festival-dev Using aptitude
