How To Install fcitx-kkc on Debian 9

What is fcitx-kkc
fcitx-kkc is:
fcitx-kkc is a wrapper of libkkc IM engine for Fcitx.
libkkc provides a converter from Japanese Kana-string to Kana-Kanji-mixed-string.
This package provides fcitx module for libkkc.
There are three methods to install fcitx-kkc on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install fcitx-kkc Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
