How To Install fastqc on Debian 10

What is fastqc
fastqc is:
FastQC aims to provide a simple way to do some quality control checks on raw sequence data coming from high throughput sequencing pipelines. It provides a modular set of analyses which you can use to give a quick impression of whether your data has any problems of which you should be aware before doing any further analysis.

There are three methods to install fastqc
on Debian 10. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Update apt database with apt-get

sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install fastqc
using apt-get

After updating apt database, We can install fastqc

How To Uninstall fastqc on Debian 10
To uninstall only the fastqc
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove fastqc

sudo apt-get -y autoremove fastqc
Remove fastqc Configurations and Data
