What is faraday

faraday is:

Faraday introduces a new concept (IPE) Integrated Penetration-Test Environment a multiuser Penetration test IDE. Designed for distribution, indexation and analysis of the generated data during the process of a security audit.

The main purpose of Faraday is to re-use the available tools in the community to take advantage of them in a multiuser way.

This package no longer contains the GTK client like the upstream repo.

There are three methods to install faraday on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install faraday Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install faraday using apt-get by running the following command:

sudo apt-get -y install faraday

Install faraday Using apt

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

sudo apt update

After updating apt database, We can install faraday using apt by running the following command:

sudo apt -y install faraday

Install faraday Using aptitude
