How To Install fapg on Ubuntu 18.04

What is fapg
fapg is:
FAPG is a tool to generate list of audio files (Wav, MP3, Ogg, etc) in various formats (M3U, PLS, XSPF, HTML, etc).
There are three methods to install fapg
on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install fapg Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install fapg
