How To Install faifa on Kali Linux

What is faifa

faifa is:

Faifa is a network tool to remotely manage HomePlug 1.0 and HomePlug AV devices.

HomePlug 1.0 and HomePlug AV are specifications of Power Line Communication (PLC). PLC is a system for carrying data - network packets - over power line. http://www.homeplug.org/

This tool can configure, flash and collect statistics on thoses devices using private and public Ethernet frames.

This package contains Faifa tool.

There are three methods to install faifa on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install faifa Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install faifa using apt-get by running the following command:

sudo apt-get -y install faifa
