How To Install execstack on Debian 10

What is execstack

The execstack package contains a utility which modifies (or adds) the GNU_STACK program header to ELF binaries, and allows changing the executable flag.
There are three methods to install execstack
on Debian 10. We can use apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get
