How To Install ess on Kali Linux

The ESS addon package for Emacs has been elpafied. This dummy package helps ease transition from ess to elpa-ess.
There are three methods to install ess
on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install ess Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install ess
using apt-get
by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install ess

Install ess Using aptitude
