How To Install enscript on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install enscript on Kali Linux.
What is enscript
enscript is:
GNU Enscript takes ASCII files (often source code) and converts them to PostScript, HTML or RTF. It can store generated output to a file or send it directly to the printer.
It is often used for its syntax highlighting, as it comes with rules for a wide range of programming languages. New rules can be added using an awk-like stateful scripting language.
There are three methods to install enscript on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install enscript Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install enscript using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install enscriptInstall enscript Using apt

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To uninstall only the enscript package we can use the following command:

To uninstall enscript and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove enscriptRemove enscript Configurations and Data
To remove enscript configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge enscriptRemove enscript configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove enscript configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
