How To Install enca on Debian 10

What is enca
enca is:
Enca is an Extremely Naive Charset Analyser. It detects the character set and the encoding of text files and can also convert them to other encodings using either a built-in converter or external libraries and tools like libiconv, librecode, or cstocs.
Currently it supports Belarusian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Estonian, Hungarian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Russian, Slovak, Slovene, Ukrainian, Chinese, and some multibyte encodings independently on language.
There are three methods to install enca on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install enca Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install enca using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install enca

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
