How To Install emu8051 on Kali Linux

emu8051 is:

Emu8051 is a simulator/emulator for the Intel 8051 family of microcontrollers. It allows the developers to simulate 8051 microcontrollers to test their code and debug it. The program can load Intel HEX files.

There are three methods to install emu8051 on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install emu8051 Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install emu8051 using apt-get by running the following command:

sudo apt-get -y install emu8051

Install emu8051 Using apt

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

sudo apt update

After updating apt database, We can install emu8051 using apt by running the following command:

Install emu8051 Using aptitude
