How To Install elpi on Debian 12

ELPI implements a lambda-Prolog interpreter enriched with constraint handling rules, to provide an extension language to larger applications written in OCaml.
This package provides the command-line tool.
There are three methods to install elpi
on Debian 12. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Update apt database with apt-get
