How To Install elpa-vc-fossil on Kali Linux

What is elpa-vc-fossil
elpa-vc-fossil is:
Emacs editor addon to interface to the Fossil version control system. This package contains a VC backend for the fossil version control system.
There are three methods to install elpa-vc-fossil on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install elpa-vc-fossil Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install elpa-vc-fossil using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
