This library provides Org mode’s plain lists in non-Org buffers, as a minor mode. More specifically, it supports syntax for numbered, unnumbered, description items, checkboxes, and counter cookies.
This is a replacement for the old orgstruct-mode, which was removed from Org-mode.
There are three methods to install elpa-orgalist on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install elpa-orgalist Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install elpa-orgalist using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
