How To Install elpa-helm on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install elpa-helm on Kali Linux.
What is elpa-helm
elpa-helm is:
Helm is incremental completion and selection narrowing framework for Emacs. It will help steer you in the right direction when you’re looking for stuff in Emacs (like buffers, files, etc).
Helm is a fork of anything.el originally written by Tamas Patrovic and can be considered to be its successor. Helm sets out to clean up the legacy code in anything.el and provide a cleaner, leaner and more modular tool, that’s not tied in the trap of backward compatibility.
There are three methods to install elpa-helm on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install elpa-helm Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install elpa-helm using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install elpa-helmInstall elpa-helm Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install elpa-helm using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To uninstall only the elpa-helm package we can use the following command:
