How To Install elpa-beacon on Debian 9
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install elpa-beacon on Debian 9.
What is elpa-beacon
elpa-beacon is:

Install elpa-beacon Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
