How To Install eclipse-rse on Debian 9

What is eclipse-rse
eclipse-rse is:
RSE is a framework and toolkit in Eclipse Workbench, that allows you to connect and work with a variety of remote systems, including
* remote file systems through SSH, FTP or dstore agents,
* remote shell access (compiling with error navigation),
* remote process handling through dstore agents,
* and remote debugging through CDT / gdb.
There are three methods to install eclipse-rse
on Debian 9. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install eclipse-rse Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install eclipse-rse
using apt-get

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude
