How To Install dvbstream on Ubuntu 18.04

What is dvbstream
dvbstream is:
DVBstream is based on the ts-rtp package available at http://www.linuxtv.org. It broadcasts a (subset of a) DVB transport stream over a LAN using the rtp protocol.
There are three methods to install dvbstream
on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get

After updating apt database, We can install dvbstream
