discover is:
Discover is a hardware identification system based on the libdiscover2 library. Discover provides a flexible interface that programs can use to report a wide range of information about the hardware that is installed on a Linux system. In addition to reporting information, Discover includes support for doing hardware detection at boot time.
There are three methods to install discover on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install discover Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install discover using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install discover

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install discover using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install discover
Install discover Using aptitude
