Dire Wolf is a software “soundcard” modem/TNC and APRS encoder/decoder. It can be used stand-alone to receive APRS messages, as a digipeater, APRStt gateway, or Internet Gateway (IGate). It can also be used as a virtual TNC for other applications such as APRSIS32, UI-View32, Xastir, APRS-TW, YAAC, UISS, Linux AX25, SARTrack, and many others.
This package contains architecture independent documentation for direwolf.
There are three methods to install direwolf-docs on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install direwolf-docs Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install direwolf-docs using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install direwolf-docs
