How To Install dillo on Debian 9

What is dillo
dillo is:
Dillo 3 is a graphical multi-platform web browser known for its speed and small footprint. It is based on version 1.3 of the Fast and Light Toolkit (FLTK) in version 1.3
It aims to be small in resources, stable, developer-friendly, usable, very fast, and extensible.
To run the included dillo-install-hyphenation script the recommended perl packages need to be installed.
There are three methods to install dillo on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install dillo Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install dillo using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install dillo
Install dillo Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install dillo using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install dillo
Install dillo Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

After updating apt database, We can install dillo using aptitude by running the following command:

How To Uninstall dillo on Debian 9
To uninstall only the dillo package we can use the following command:

To uninstall dillo and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Debian 9, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove dillo
Remove dillo Configurations and Data
To remove dillo configuration and data from Debian 9 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge dillo
