How To Install dh-php on Debian 10

on Debian 10.
What is dh-php
dh-php is:
dh-php provides a debhelper sequence add-on named ‘php’ and the dh_php command.
The dh_php command adds the appropriate code to the postinst, prerm and postrm maint scripts to properly enable/disable PHP PECL extensions for all available PHP SAPIs.
There are three methods to install dh-php
on Debian 10. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install dh-php Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install dh-php
using apt-get
by running the following command:
