How To Install deltarpm on Debian 9

on Debian 9.
What is deltarpm
deltarpm is:
A deltarpm contains the differences between an old and a new version of an RPM. This makes it possible to recreate the new RPM from the deltarpm and the old RPM.
On Debian and derived systems these tools may be useful for creating and maintaining repositories of RPM packages.
There are three methods to install deltarpm
on Debian 9. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install deltarpm Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get

After updating apt database, We can install deltarpm
using apt-get
by running the following command:

After updating apt database, We can install deltarpm

How To Uninstall deltarpm on Debian 9
To uninstall only the deltarpm
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove deltarpm
