on CentOS 7.
What is cups
CUPS printing system provides a portable printing layer for UNIX® operating systems. It has been developed by Apple Inc. to promote a standard printing solution for all UNIX vendors and users. CUPS provides the System V and Berkeley command-line interfaces.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install cups
on CentOS 7. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install cups.
Install cups on CentOS 7 Using yum
Update yum database with yum

After updating yum database, We can install cups
