How To Install crispy-doom on Kali Linux

Crispy Doom is a friendly fork of Chocolate Doom that provides a higher display resolution, removes the static limits of the Doom engine and offers further optional visual, tactical and physical enhancements while remaining entirely config file, savegame, netplay and demo compatible with the original.
There are three methods to install crispy-doom on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install crispy-doom Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install crispy-doom using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install crispy-doomInstall crispy-doom Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install crispy-doom using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install crispy-doomInstall crispy-doom Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To uninstall only the crispy-doom package we can use the following command:

To uninstall crispy-doom and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove crispy-doomRemove crispy-doom Configurations and Data
To remove crispy-doom configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge crispy-doomRemove crispy-doom configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
