How To Install createrepo on Ubuntu 18.04

What is createrepo
createrepo is:
The createrepo tool generates the repodata directory and XML metadata that makes up a repository of RPM packages. This repository format is supported by apt-rpm, red-carpet(zen), smartpm, up2date, yast, and yum.
This package is similar to the apt-ftparchive or reprepro commands, but for working with RPM repositories.
There are three methods to install createrepo on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install createrepo Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install createrepo using apt-get by running the following command:

After updating apt database, We can install createrepo using apt by running the following command:
