How To Install cputool on Kali Linux
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install cputool on Kali Linux.
What is cputool
cputool is:
CPUTool allows the limiting of cpu usage of a process or a process group to a given limit and allows the suspensions of process execution if the system load exceeds a defined threshold.
There are three methods to install cputool on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install cputool Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install cputool using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install cputoolInstall cputool Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install cputool using apt by running the following command:
