How To Install cpants-lint on Debian 10

cpants-lint is:
cpants_lint checks the Kwalitee of a CPAN distribution. More exact, it checks how a given tarball will be rated on http://cpants.perl.org, without needing to upload it first.
This package provides the cpants_lint commandline tool.
There are three methods to install cpants-lint on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
