How To Install courier-faxmail on Kali Linux

The Courier mail transfer agent (MTA) is an integrated mail/groupware server based on open commodity protocols, such as ESMTP, IMAP, POP3, LDAP, TLS, and HTTP. Courier provides ESMTP, IMAP, POP3, webmail, and mailing list services within a single, consistent, framework.
The courierfax module implements a faxmail gateway, which faxes a printed copy of an email message to the phone number specified in the email address (e.g. 5558888@fax).
There are three methods to install courier-faxmail on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install courier-faxmail Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install courier-faxmail using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install courier-faxmailInstall courier-faxmail Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install courier-faxmail using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
