The CNI (Container Network Interface) project consists of a specification and libraries for writing plugins to configure network interfaces in Linux containers, along with a number of supported plugins. or dnf

Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
sudo yum makecache
After updating yum database, We can install containernetworking-plugins
using yum
by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install containernetworking-plugins

If you don’t have dnf installed you can install DNF on CentOS 7 first.
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache

using dnf

How To Uninstall containernetworking-plugins on CentOS 7
To uninstall only the containernetworking-plugins
package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove containernetworking-plugins
