What is congress-common
congress-common is:
Congress is an OpenStack project to provide policy as a service across any collection of cloud services in order to offer governance and compliance for dynamic infrastructures.
This package contains common files and configuration that are needed by all the daemon packages of Cinder.
There are three methods to install congress-common on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install congress-common Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install congress-common using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install congress-common

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install congress-common using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install congress-common
Install congress-common Using aptitude
