What is combblas-openmpi
The Combinatorial BLAS (CombBLAS) is an extensible distributed-memory parallel graph library offering a small but powerful set of linear algebra primitives specifically targeting graph analytics. This is the OpenMPI version.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install combblas-openmpi
on CentOS 7. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install combblas-openmpi.

Update yum database with yum
