How To Install code-oss on Kali Linux

What is code-oss
code-oss is:
This package contains code-oss, a code editor with what developers need for their core edit-build-debug cycle. It provides comprehensive code editing, navigation, and understanding support along with lightweight debugging, a rich extensibility model, and lightweight integration with existing tools.
This package is built from Microsoft open source code named code-oss.
There are three methods to install code-oss on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install code-oss Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install code-oss using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install code-ossInstall code-oss Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install code-oss using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install code-ossInstall code-oss Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install code-oss using aptitude by running the following command:

To uninstall only the code-oss package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove code-ossUninstall code-oss And Its Dependencies
To uninstall code-oss and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove code-ossRemove code-oss Configurations and Data
To remove code-oss configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge code-ossRemove code-oss configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove code-oss configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
