How To Install cmdreader on Kali Linux

What is cmdreader
cmdreader is:
Parses command line arguments. The CmdReader can turn strings like -fmv /foo/bar /bar/baz –color=white *.xyzzy *.cheese into something that easier to work with programmatically.
There are three methods to install cmdreader on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
