How To Install cl-containers on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install cl-containers on Kali Linux.
What is cl-containers
cl-containers is:
Common Lisp ships with a set of powerful built in data structures including the venerable list, full featured arrays, and hash-tables. CL-containers enhances and builds on these structures in two ways:
By adding containers that are not available in native Lisp (for example: binary search trees, red-black trees, sparse arrays and so on).
By providing a standard interface so that they are simpler to use and so that changing design decisions becomes significantly easier.
There are three methods to install cl-containers on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install cl-containers Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install cl-containers using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install cl-containersInstall cl-containers Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install cl-containers using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install cl-containersInstall cl-containers Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install cl-containers using aptitude by running the following command:

To uninstall only the cl-containers package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove cl-containersUninstall cl-containers And Its Dependencies
To uninstall cl-containers and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove cl-containersRemove cl-containers Configurations and Data
To remove cl-containers configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge cl-containersRemove cl-containers configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
