How To Install cl-actionlib on Ubuntu 22.04

What is cl-actionlib

This package is part of Robot OS (ROS). The actionlib stack provides a standardized interface for interfacing with preemptable tasks. Examples of this include moving the base to a target location, performing a laser scan and returning the resulting point cloud, detecting the handle of a door, etc.

This package contains the LISP binding.

There are three methods to install cl-actionlib on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install cl-actionlib Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

How To Uninstall cl-actionlib on Ubuntu 22.04

To uninstall only the cl-actionlib package we can use the following command:

Uninstall cl-actionlib And Its Dependencies

To uninstall cl-actionlib and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 22.04, we can use the command below:

sudo apt-get -y autoremove cl-actionlib

To remove cl-actionlib configuration and data from Ubuntu 22.04 we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get -y purge cl-actionlib

We can use the following command to remove cl-actionlib configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
