How To Install chuck on Kali Linux

What is chuck
ChucK is a new audio programming language for real-time synthesis, composition, and performance, which runs on commodity operating systems.
ChucK presents a new time-based concurrent programming model, which supports multiple, simultaneous, dynamic control rates, and the ability to add, remove, and modify code, on-the-fly, while the program is running, without stopping or restarting.
There are three ways to install chuck on Kali Linux . We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install chuck Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install chuck using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install chuck
Install chuck Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install chuck using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install chuck
Install chuck Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install chuck using aptitude by running the following command:

How To Uninstall chuck on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the chuck package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove chuck
Uninstall chuck And Its Dependencies
To uninstall chuck and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove chuck
Remove chuck Configurations and Data
To remove chuck configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge chuck
Remove chuck configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove chuck configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge chuck
