How To Install cephfs-mirror on Debian 12

In this tutorial we learn how to install cephfs-mirror on Debian 12.
What is cephfs-mirror
cephfs-mirror is:
storage system that runs on commodity hardware and delivers object, block and file system storage. This is a daemon for mirroring CephFS directory snapshots between Ceph clusters.
