After updating yum database, We can install boost-signals
using dnf

using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh

using yum
by running the following command:

How To Uninstall boost-signals on Rocky Linux 8
To uninstall only the boost-signals
package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove boost-signals
